🛋 Sales Advisor (Remote/Denver Hybrid)

What you’ll do

Guide customers via chat/phone/email to the right product for their space and budget

Own follow-ups: quotes, availability checks, delivery windows, and post-purchase care

Keep product notes (sizes, fabrics, lead times) tidy and up to date

Hit monthly conversion and customer-satisfaction targets

You’re a good fit if

You’re friendly, clear, and great at translating needs into options

You’re organized, responsive, and comfortable using basic CRM/spreadsheets

Weekend or early-evening availability is a plus

Nice to have

Furniture, interiors, or retail sales experience

📞 Customer Service Advisor (Telephone-Based, Remote/Denver Hybrid)

What you’ll do

Be the voice of Couch Garage on calls, chat, and email

Handle pre-sale questions, order status, returns/exchanges, and delivery coordination

Create clean support notes and spot recurring issues to improve our FAQs/processes

Maintain high CSAT/first-contact resolution

You’re a good fit if

You’re calm, empathetic, and solution-oriented

You write and speak clearly; you can de-escalate with grace

You’re comfortable working from scripts — and improving them

Nice to have

Experience in e-commerce support or logistics coordination

Pipeline Roles (Join Our Talent Network)

We’re building a bench for near-term growth. If one of these is you, apply — we review weekly.

Delivery & Logistics Associate (Denver-based): Assist with local deliveries, light assembly, customer handoffs. Clean driving record required.

Operations & Warehouse Associate (Denver-based): Inventory checks, staging, returns/QA, vendor receiving (as we scale).

Content/SEO Coordinator (Remote): Write product pages/FAQs, optimize site structure, and publish how-to content.

Social Media & Partnerships (Remote): Create short-form content, manage DMs, connect with local creators and property managers.
