At Couch Garage, we want you to love your purchase — no exceptions. If something isn’t quite right, we make returns simple, transparent, and hassle-free.
Changed Your Mind? No Problem.
You can return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
To qualify, your item(s) must be:
Unused and free from damage (you may assemble and disassemble it for inspection).
In its original packaging to protect it during transit.
In resellable condition.
For small and medium items, we offer free courier collection.
For sofas, sofa beds, and oversized furniture, a small collection fee may apply if the return is due to a change of mind.
Once your item arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection, your refund will be issued to your original payment method — typically within 5–10 business days.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
We’ll gladly provide a replacement, exchange, or full refund — whichever you prefer.
Please retain the original packaging so we can arrange a safe pickup, and if possible, send photos or a short video to help us resolve the issue quickly.
Received the Wrong Item?
If you receive the wrong item or missing parts, contact us within 30 days.
We’ll arrange a free collection of the incorrect item and send the correct one or issue a full refund.
Please keep the packaging intact for collection and share a quick photo to confirm the mix-up.

Important Notes
All returns are inspected upon arrival before a refund is processed.
If items are not returned as described or missing parts, a partial refund may apply.
Returns without original packaging may not be accepted for safety reasons.
After 30 days, we may not be able to issue a full refund; however, this does not affect your statutory rights regarding defective goods.

Once we receive and approve your return, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the funds.
