1. Delivery & Shipping

Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver across Denver, Colorado and surrounding areas, with plans to expand to additional U.S. cities soon.

What are your delivery charges?
Delivery is free within the Denver metro area for most orders.
For deliveries outside this region or for oversized furniture, a small delivery fee may apply (calculated at checkout).

When will I receive my delivery date?
Once you place your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email followed by tracking updates. As soon as your order ships, we’ll provide an estimated delivery window.

How should I prepare for my delivery?
Please ensure there’s a clear path to your delivery area and enough space for furniture to fit through doors, hallways, or staircases.
Our team will deliver your items to your room of choice and can assist with assembly if that service is included.

Can I change my delivery address?
Yes — as long as your order hasn’t shipped. Contact our team immediately at support@couchgarage.com to update your address.

Can I reschedule my delivery?
Of course. Please let us know at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery time to reschedule at no cost.

Can I cancel my delivery?
Yes. If your order hasn’t shipped, cancellation is free.
If it’s already in transit or within 48 hours of dispatch, a small restocking or logistics fee may apply.

2. Payments & Financing

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.
You can also use Shop Pay or Apple Pay for fast checkout.

Do you offer financing or payment plans?
Yes — we offer flexible payment options and interest-free financing through select partners at checkout (subject to approval).

Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and local regulations.

3. Orders & Accounts

How do I create an account?
Click the Account icon at the top of our website and select Create an Account. It takes less than a minute.

I can’t sign in. What should I do?
Click “Forgot Password” on the login page to reset your password. If the problem persists, email support@couchgarage.com.

Can I modify my order after placing it?
Yes — as long as your order hasn’t been processed or shipped. Contact us right away to make changes.

Can I add fabric protection after ordering?
Yes, provided your order hasn’t shipped. Email us immediately after checkout and we’ll add it for you.

4. Products & Customization

What kind of furniture do you sell?
We specialize in Living Room, Bedroom, and Dining furniture — including sofas, beds, dining tables, and chairs — plus accessories like lamps, rugs, and décor.

Do you offer sectional or chaise sofas?
Yes. We carry a range of corner and chaise sectionals available in multiple fabrics, colors, and configurations.

Do you sell sofa beds?
Absolutely — our sofa bed collection is ideal for guests, small spaces, and apartments.

Can I customize fabric or color?
Select models offer customization options. Contact our team to check availability before ordering.

Do you sell home accessories?
Yes — we offer rugs, lighting, wall art, cushions, and accent décor to complete your look.

5. Showroom & Product Experience

Do you have a showroom?
Couch Garage is an online-only retailer, which helps us keep prices low.
However, we can provide fabric samples, product videos, and detailed photos so you can shop confidently.

Can I get a virtual consultation?
Yes — book a free virtual shopping consultation with our design team for personalized recommendations.

6. Guarantees & Aftercare

Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. Every item includes a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty and our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

How should I care for my furniture?
Vacuum regularly, wipe with a soft damp cloth, and use mild fabric or wood cleaners.
Avoid harsh chemicals and prolonged direct sunlight.

Can I order replacement covers or parts?
For select models, yes. Contact us with your order number for assistance.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We offer 30-day hassle-free returns on all furniture. If you’re not fully satisfied, contact us to start a return — no questions asked.

Can I exchange an item?
Yes. Exchanges are available within 30 days of delivery for any item in resellable condition.

Can I return a mattress?
Mattresses can be returned within 30 days if unopened and unused, due to hygiene regulations.

How long will my refund take?
Refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days once the returned item reaches our warehouse.
