Couch Garage LLC is an online furniture retailer based in Denver, Colorado, focused on providing customers with affordable, high-quality furniture without the traditional showroom markup.

We specialize in Living Room, Bedroom, and Dining Room furniture, complemented by a curated range of lamps, rugs, and home accessories.

Our direct-to-consumer e-commerce model and local delivery network allow us to offer competitive pricing and rapid fulfillment across the Denver metropolitan area.

Our Story

Couch Garage began where many great ideas do — in a garage in Houston, Texas.

Armed with just a pickup truck and a few sofas, Founder Ali Zaid began sourcing, delivering, and assembling furniture for local families. Over time, this small neighborhood operation grew into a trusted business rooted in hard work, affordability, and reliability.

Ali’s father, a seasoned furniture entrepreneur, was the foundation of it all — teaching him every aspect of the trade from sourcing to customer care.

After spending more than a decade mastering the furniture business and forming supplier relationships across Houston and Los Angeles, Ali relocated to Denver, Colorado, to launch Couch Garage — an online-first retail brand designed for efficiency, scalability, and convenience.

Today, Couch Garage operates as a member-managed LLC, combining real-world industry experience with modern e-commerce efficiency to bring customers exceptional value.
